There is only one John Doyle in Wigan and the surrounding areas of Wigan at the time of the 1881 Census of England. At that time he lived as a lodger at the home of Mary Doyle, a dressmaker. The home was located at 26 Miry Lane, Wigan, Lancashire, England.
